Are you new to yoga? or have not practiced for a while?
Then this is your class! Here you will learn to establish a safe and solid foundation for your practice. Basic level classes focus on building strength and flexibility. You will also learn how to breathe properly during the practice of yoga and how to incorporate the breath into the movement.

If you have a regular and consistent yoga practice then this is the one for you.
Intermediate classes require a fundamental understanding of the alignment of certain poses, names of the poses and a certain amount of strength and flexibility that you have already cultivated in your consistent practice in basic yoga.
Asana sequences will incorporate some inversions and longer holds of the poses.
Mudras, bandhas, mantras, and meditations are incorporated in this class.
